Down’s Heart Group

Thanks to HSF support, Down’s Heart Group successfully held their first activity weekend for nine young adults with Down’s Syndrome and heart issues, providing an opportunity for them to experience something new. Whilst the youngsters were enjoying themselves, the parents/carers enjoyed some welcome respite.
