Grant applicants have a licence to reproduce any of the forms or documents contained therein for their own personal use.

 

1. Ownership 

 

The Hospital Saturday Fund shall at all times retain ownership of the website, save for such documents as are created and completed within the permissions granted by Clause 1 of these Terms and Conditions. 

 

1. Service and Liability

   1. The Hospital Saturday Fund will use its best and reasonable endeavours to correct any defects in the Service in a timely manner;

   2. The Hospital Saturday Fund will not be liable for any loss of any kind from a grant applicant’s use or inability to use the Service or from errors or deficiencies in any part of it; 

   3. It remains the responsibility of the grant applicant to ensure that any form or document acquired as part of the Service is appropriate and complete in all respects for its intended purpose;

This website is governed solely by the law of England and Wales.
